enXco announces enhancements to its Senior Staff, as they propel enXco through 2008 and beyond

Escondido, CA.—July 10, 2008—enXco Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Tristan Grimbert has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company on July 8, 2008.

As a recognition of enXco's strong achievements over the past years and a plan to position the Company for its upcoming successes, enXco's Board of Directors and Tristan Grimbert have promoted certain key management leaders:

• Joe Fahrendorf has been promoted to Executive Vice President-Business Development;
• Larry Barr has been promoted to Executive Vice President - Operations and Maintenance;
• Lisa Carp has been promoted to Vice President - Human Resources and Communications;
• Scott Nelson has been promoted to Vice President - Development Operations; and
• Ross Newlin has been promoted to Vice President - Asset Management"These team members alone bring 100+ years of combined experience in Independent Power to enXco. With their contributions, along with the contributions of the other members of the Senior Management Team, enXco continues to expand at a phenomenal pace under Tristan's leadership," said David Corchia, EDF-EN's CEO.

In addition to the changes outlined above, enXco is delighted to announce that Paul Kaufman has joined the Company in the role of VP & General Counsel, bringing with him a strong business development acumen and a significant understanding of the laws that affect renewable energy development and operations.
