Escondido, CA.—November 13, 2008—enXco, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company (PARIS: EEN) announces the addition of Jean Roche as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Roche brings to enXco 11 years of substantial experience in leading strategic, cross-functional and operational decisions related to sales, production, supply chain, and legal affairs.
His most recent corporate experience was in the role of CFO at LaCie in Hillsboro, Oregon where he directed the financial, tax and legal operations for five entities. LaCie is a manufacturer and distributor of external computer storage peripherals and displays for professional and personal use.
Previous to his time at LaCie, Mr.Roche worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP in the Paris and New York offices as a member of the Assurance and Advisory Business Services and Global Accounts team. He worked on both medium and large public international companies.

Jean holds a professional Doctorate level degree (Chartered Accountant) and a Master in Business Management, Finance and Accounting from the Ministry of Education in France, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Paris.
