enXco, Inc. Announces the Addition of David C. Kirkpatrick as Director, New Business - Project Development and Dave Luck as Director, New Business - Operations & Maintenance
Escondido, CA.—February 21, 2007—enXco, Inc., an EDF-EN Company, is pleased to announce two new key professionals to the enXco team. David Kirkpatrick is working with the Senior Management Team and the Development team, focusing on wind-project development in new regions of the country, as well as developing enXco's interest in other forms of renewable energy. Previous to joining enXco, David was the Vice President of Business Development at Imperium Renewables, a biodiesel manufacturer. David also worked for over 5 years at General Electric Wind Energy as the Director of Northwest Origination responsible for over 1.5 billion of new projects and in the Commercial Structuring Group of GE Wind leading project finance, development and economic evaluation activities. Prior to joining the wind industry, David spent time with the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on projects such as deregulation strategies, merger evaluation and integration and the development of global trading operations. David earned his B.A. at Emory University, earned a Robert T. Jones Scholarship for post-graduate study at the University of St. Andrews, and his MBA from Harvard Business School. David will be based in enXco's Corporate and Development office in Escondido, California.
Dave Luck will be joining the leaders of our Operations & Maintenance Group, focusing on new 3rd party business for enXco. Prior to joining enXco, Dave has spent the last ten years successfully operating his own consulting business, providing power generation industry clients with a comprehensive range of technical and business consulting services, with an emphasis on renewable energy and cogeneration projects. In addition to consulting, Dave spent many years in the power generation industry, including 15 years with General Electric Company, with time in Engineering, Service and ultimately as the Manager of their O&M Business Development, responsible for establishing all aspects of the national marketing of contract O&M services to the independent power industry. Dave earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach. Dave will be working from enXco's Pacific Northwest Regional Development office (Portland).
