Escondido, CA.—September 17, 2008—enXco Service Corporation, an EDF Energies Nouvelles Company (Paris: EEN), announces the addition of Timothy Fratta as New Business Manager-Canada. Based in Montreal, Quebec, Mr. Fratta's primary role will be to focus on expanding enXco Service Corporation's wind farm Operations & Maintenance business throughout Canada.
Prior to joining enXco Service Corporation, Timothy was European Sales Manager at EMCON Technologies where he held account management responsibility with global automotive OEMs. In this capacity, Timothy worked in Europe and North America and managed business volume in excess of 50 million euros per year. Mr. Fratta brings to enXco Service Corporation 10 years of experience in business development.

Timothy, fluent in four languages, earned his Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Agronomy from the University of Pisa, Italy, and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden Graduate School of Business.
