enXco Will Move Forward in the Solar Photovoltaic Energy Market Based on a Major Supply Contract Signed Between EDF EN and First Solar

Escondido, CA.—July 9, 2007—enXco, Inc. (an EDF EN Company) is poised to move into the solar photovoltaic energy market, based on a major supply contract signed between EDF EN and the US based company, First Solar. This order covers 230 MWp in modules deliverable progressively between mid-2007 and year-end 2012. Use of these modules is planned for Europe, the United States and Canada.
