Collaborating to Optimize Long-Term Value in Solar

EDF Renewables has been a trusted provider of asset optimization services throughout North America for more than 35 years. Our industry-leading team of more than 400 full-time wind and solar technicians, supervisors, managers, and support staff are responsible for more than 13 gigawatts (GW) of wind and solar assets under operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts, 10.7 GW under monitoring contracts and 7.8 GW under asset management.

Our O&M team can add value long before a project achieves COD by offering on-site QA/QC support to help pinpoint issues that could affect the performance of the site after substantial completion. Clients also have access to the expertise of our technical specialists and SCADA team, and our experts can monitor the energization process onsite as well as remotely via our operations control center.
Our clients benefit from the knowledge and insights we’ve gained from developing, owning, and operating our own solar projects, as well as from our dedicated solar test facility in California. Once a project is operational, we can monitor its performance at multiple levels depending on the client’s needs, drawing on the expertise of our own performance reliability group as well as leveraging partnerships with performance monitoring companies to identify trends, analyze issues and find solutions. Our experience can also help clients anticipate and file claims for issues that may arise during warranty periods.
