The RPI 400 Morris Solar Project in Denville, New Jersey is one of two rooftop projects developed by EDF Renewables in conjunction with Renewable Power, Inc. The other project went operational in July 2011.
WP Properties, a northern New Jersey real estate group, engaged EDF RE & RPI to design and install the solar project on their 75,000-sq.-ft. office and light manufacturing facility in order to reduce the electricity costs of the building and lock in long-term electricity costs.
