Then the EDF Renewables ROTATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM may be a good fit for you!

What exactly is the Rotational Training Program (RTP)?

It is a two-year program that gives participants an opportunity to learn about multiple departments at EDF Renewables. The participants spend six months in each business unit with the overall goal to strengthen the participant’s understanding of EDF Renewable’s internal processes, financial modeling standards, project phases, and strategic goals and vision.

How does it work?

RTP associates start their first rotation at EDF Renewable’s Corporate Headquarters in San Diego. Additional rotations may be completed at the Corporate Headquarters or at one of the company’s Regional Offices to provide hands-on experience within any business unit. Each assignment culminates in several deliverables of varying sizes and time commitments. Associates will collaborate among departments, broaden their strategic, technical, financial, and analytical skills.

Since 2018 more than 90% of participants have been hired into permanent, full-time roles.
